Oil Property Appraisals: Tobosa Exploration, Inc. can appraise producing oil and gas properties to determine not only the market value of the current production, but identify where additional value exists. Reserve Analysis: Detailed analysis can be performed to determine remaining reserves both of existing proved production and evaluating proved, probable and possible undeveloped reserves. Reserve analysis can include cash flow analysis, discounted present worth, and market value determinations. Tobosa Exploration, Inc. uses high-end computer hardware and engineering software, coupled with its expertise, to provide complete and thorough analysis of all projects.

Reservoir Engineering: Integrated studies of a reservoir can be performed using all available data in order to design drilling and completion procedures as well as development drilling and enhanced recovery operations that will provide for maximum economic benefit.

Geological Evaluations: Complete geological studies can be done to identify both exploitation and exploration potential, and for use in planning development drilling and enhanced recovery operations. Tobosa Exploration, Inc. has the experience and expertise to conduct integrated geological studies using surface data, well data, and both 2-D and 3-D seismic data. Tobosa Exploration, Inc. has the ability to interpret 3-D seismic data in house using a comprehensive 3-D seismic package and high-end PC equipment enabling it to provide timely and confidential integration of 3-D seismic data with other available data.

Operations Audits: Properties operated by outside operators are audited to check for compliance with Operating Agreements, Farmout Agreements, Lease Agreements, any other applicable agreements and for compliance with government regulations including environmental regulations. A review of operations may also be conducted to see where efficiencies may be increased and cost savings implemented.

Due Diligence: Farmout Agreements, Operating Agreements, Participation Agreements and other pertinent documents are reviewed and commented on. Background checks can be run on operator's financial and operating background and all pertinent information relating to a deal, deal structure, or existing property can be checked to verify the accuracy of the information presented.

Prospect Screening: Prospect submittals are reviewed and analyzed including a complete economic analysis and risk analysis, both of which are checked against the clients investment objectives. Geological and engineering data is reviewed to check its validity and reasonableness, and due diligence reviews of potential operators may be performed.

Expert Testimony: Tobosa Exploration, Inc. is able to provide experienced expert testimony before both civil and regulatory authorities. Expert testimony can be provided relating to geological, petroleum engineering, and general business aspects of a case or regulatory application.

Operating Services: Full lease operating services can be provided including production monitoring and management, management of 3rd party contractors, regulatory filings and compliance, and joint interest billings.
